Federico has spent over 17 years in the make up business working with many leading brands. Through his aeons of experience covering industries like wedding, fashion and theater, he discovered his love for lashes. Glance Cosmetics was created with the intention of bringing change to one of the most vintage cosmetic products to ever grace the stage.
What intrigued Federico the most about lashes was the fact that in order to be visible from a distance, they had to be massive. But this also meant unnecessary weight to the wearers eyes and the usage of a lot of glue to make it stick. Also, with limited design options it was difficult to really stand out from the crowd. He also wanted to combine the world of beauty with his cruelty-free vision which meant no mink hair or synthetic fibers. So how do you create, light-weight, eco-friendly lashes that stand out? The solution was simple: Natural human hair.
